CoachPrep attributes fairly
A valid visit is remembered for 30 days. A signup in that window locks 12 months of eligible purchases to the partner.
Stripe pays your company
Complete Stripe-hosted company verification. Eligible balances are released on the 7th of the following month.

They do not need to keep using the code.
When someone first opens a valid referral link, CoachPrep stores the referral code and a random click ID in first-party browser storage. A later direct visit in the same browser is still attributed during the 30-day click-to-signup window. Once that person creates a verified CoachPrep account, the first valid signup claim is saved server-side and eligible purchases made during the following 12 months credit that partner—even when the customer returns directly or upgrades later.
The account credit is not lifetime attribution: it ends 12 months after signup. Before signup, opening a newer valid partner link replaces the earlier browser marker. Private browsing, clearing site data, or switching devices can remove an unclaimed browser referral; CoachPrep does not fingerprint visitors to work around those choices.
Monthly payout policy
Earned first. Released after the refund window.
Commission is based on the eligible amount actually paid after discounts. Each commission must be at least 7 days old and belong to a completed prior month. On the 7th, a balance of $25 or more is transferred to the company’s Stripe connected account; smaller balances carry forward. Refunds reduce pending commission, and later refunds may be offset or reversed as allowed by the Terms.Questions
Before you apply
Can I choose my own code?
Yes. Choose 3–32 lowercase letters, numbers, or hyphens. It must be available, not reserved, and appropriate for your company. The code becomes permanent after the application is created.
Who can join?
The current program pays approved companies in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the EEA, and Switzerland. The person applying must be authorized to accept the terms for that company.
What is an eligible purchase?
Unless CoachPrep approves different written terms, the standard program covers eligible CoachPrep Exam Pass purchases attributed to your company. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, and excluded or self-referred purchases do not earn commission.
Do later upgrades count forever?
Eligible upgrades and additional purchases count for 12 months after the referred person creates a verified account. The customer can return directly; they do not need to use the link again. The referral is not permanent and purchases after that 12-month account window do not earn commission.
Is this an ICF program?
No. CoachPrep is independent and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with the International Coaching Federation.
