These terms govern your use of CoachPrep, including the ACC and PCC practice tools, ethics quizzes, competency explorers, study references, secure client forms and agreements, feedback forms, and related digital content and services.

1. Scope

CoachPrep is an educational study resource. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Educational use only

The site is for education, reflection, and exam preparation. It is not legal advice, professional credentialing advice, therapy, counseling, supervision, or an official ICF product. Practice scores and rationales are study aids, not guarantees of exam performance.

3. No official affiliation

CoachPrep is independently operated and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with the International Coaching Federation. ICF, ACC, and PCC are trademarks of their respective owners.

4. Mentor coaching and paid services

Paid mentor coaching, consultation, or other paid services are subject to the details shown at purchase or in a separate written agreement. Payment checkout may be handled by Stripe or another payment processor. CoachPrep does not store full payment card numbers.

When you use a secure client form or agreement link, you are responsible for submitting accurate information and keeping the link private. If a form asks for an electronic signature, CoachPrep presents an electronic-record disclosure, verifies access to the assigned email address with a one-time code, and asks you to affirm your intent before accepting your typed name as an electronic signature. You may request a paper copy at no charge or withdraw electronic consent before signing by contacting CoachPrep. An agreement that requires a mentor-coach countersignature is not fully executed until that countersignature is recorded. The exact document version, completed record, signature evidence, document fingerprint, executed PDF, and audit certificate may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Mentor coaching and study tools can support preparation and professional development, but they do not guarantee ICF credential approval, exam results, renewal acceptance, client outcomes, or any specific coaching result.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with site operation or attempt to bypass access controls.
• Do not scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute substantial portions of the question banks or study materials without permission.
• Do not use the feedback form or any site feature to harass, deceive, or submit unlawful content.

6. Content accuracy

We work to keep study content useful and accurate, but errors may exist. You are responsible for checking official ICF materials, current credentialing requirements, and any applicable policies before relying on the content.

7. Intellectual property

The site design, written study content, generated question banks, and code are protected by intellectual property law. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial study. You may not reproduce, sell, sublicense, or create derivative products from the materials without written permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, frameworks, and source documents remain the property of their respective owners. CoachPrep’s terms do not grant rights in third-party materials. Where CoachPrep links to an official source, your use of that source is governed by its owner’s terms.

8. Third-party services

The site and support line may use third-party infrastructure, hosting, authentication, payment checkout, email, analytics, telephone, transcription, AI, or feedback-processing services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

10. Updates

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
